Google Webmaster Tools

Google Webmaster Tools are essential for bloggers to use if you want to achieve a high page-rank for your blog. I personally use the webmaster tools for all of my websites as well as my 3 blogs. You can get so much helpful information using these tools. You can find out what keywords your blog is showing up for in the search engines and even what number position it was. This can give you an idea of which keywords your blog is more optimized for.

Also, you will be able to see how many sites are linking to your blog, you'll even be able to see which sites they are. Another positive thing about Google Webmaster Tools is that you can find out if Google ran into any crawl errors on your blog, and if so, which errors they were. This way you can find out exactly where your problems are, and then you can begin to fix them.

All of these things are important because, these are the things that you'll need to focus on if you want to have a well optimized blog.
